Being able to communicate with students and parents quickly and efficiently is a goal of the LHS Band program. We utilize the program CutTime to set up student fees/payments, sign up for volunteer opportunities, and send out important information.

NEW STUDENTS:

All new students should complete the Band Declaration Form. We will use the information to create your CutTime account for you. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR YOUR OWN ACCOUNT! Once your student's account has been set up, you and your student will receive an email from CutTime to set up a password (be sure to check your spam folder). Allow 48-72 hours after completing the band declaration form for your information to be processed. If you have any questions, please email lbbahelpdesk@gmail.com.

RETURNING STUDENTS:

All returning students should still fill out the Band Declaration Form AND access their accounts and verify that all information is correct. If you have issues with accessing your CutTime account and need a password reset, please email lbbahelpdesk@gmail.com. Directors and booster board members are able to send out information through email and/or text for those who are registered.  We promise to respect your time and try to send only communication that applies to you and your student.  CUT TIME allows us to form different groups to help limit the sending out of communication to unnecessary persons.
