Lanier High School Longhorn Bands

Lanier High School Color Guard

This group is a visual performing ensemble that is a vitalpart of the Lanier Longhorn Marching Band.

 

Color Guard utilizes contemporary guard equipment (flags, rifles, sabers), modern dance, acting skills, and a wide variety of props. Numerous performance opportunities include all LHS half-time shows, marching competitions, parades, and pep-rallies.  The selection process into Color Guard is based on audition and recommendation.  Rehearsals are typically after school on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
